Your orders within Podgorica will be delivered to you by our company or contracted cargo companies, and your orders outside of Podgorica will be delivered to you by contracted cargo companies. All orders with completed payment are delivered to cargo within 1 (one) business day at the latest.

 

You can return all products with defects caused by our company (weight missing, packaging with visible defects) within 15 (fifteen )working days before opening the package.

 

In this case, your refund request will be returned within 7 (seven) working days depending on the payment method.
